Welcoming sun

This is the actual sunrise light , coming onto the same (almost) scene as the previous one. Cloud formation by this time became less interesting, thus I changes the composition a bit to accentuate the reflections.

Minimal processing, some local contrast and a lot of selective dodging and burning.

Canon 5D M2, ISO100, 1/5s , f/14

Appreciate all the feedback, but especially on processing.

Really nice shot of St. Mary...
Perfect water capture, and great dynamic range from sky to rock.
Great location!
Processing looks great to me... esp the subtle reflection in the water.
It might be interesting to take a look at a version, where you push the vib/sat/blacks some, just to see what you could get.
But I like this version a lot!

Vlad, I really like this one too. The water over and around the foreground rock looks awesome! Does look like it could use a little cw rotation. Very nice!

Lovely image. I really like the water action in the foreground. It's nicely complemented by the subtle reflections and the gently colored clouds.

Needs about 1.5 degrees CW rotation. Expert processing of a dramatic image, otherwise. I would be tempted to lose the moon. It is more of a distraction than a plus for me.

Beautiful light. It feels like the image is tilted to the left to me. I love the motion and energy in the water, nice contrast to the gentler sky.

Really like this. The balance of lights very nice. The processing definitely enhances this.

Excellent Vlad. Beautiful cloud color and perfect timing on the FG rock. My only nit is that it appears to have CCW tilt to the horizon line.

I really like the subtle color here Vlad. Your POV puts me right in the lake. Beautiful salmon colored clouds and hints of turquoise in the water.

Thanks all. Missing skew in the image is foolish inaccuracy, fixed it.

I am pasting an image, processed to slightly more drama. It doesn't quite match what I saw this day, which was a but more subdued, but interested in contrasting them.
