Originally posted earlier this year. Reposted now with changes based on advice from NPN members (and also so I could include it in my gallery-forgot to click the button last time). I also submitted this shot with the suggested changes in the Plant category of the photo contest held last April at the Nature Photographers of the Pacific Northwest meeting. It took 1st place. Thanks NPN!!

Allen - I remember this shot from earlier in the year :smile: . Really like the idea of stacking two shots for increasing the DOF and the terrific use of complementary colors. The center really pops out of the frame.

This one really grabs your eye in the thumbnail Allen, excellent closeup work.
I especially like the bold contrasting colors, and sharp details center.
