Beautiful little bird on a very nice perch of seed pods. Very complimentary colours througout.
Seems a little soft with a bit of lost feather detail; Perhaps some additional sharpening or structure would improve this further.
Still a fine image!

Beautiful, I love the curvature of the perch and the nice background colors.

Nice colors and overall composition. The perch is unique and seems to compliment the subject well.

The head turn and eye contact are spot on. Everything is nice and sharp where it needs it.

Well done.

I like this a lot Vanessa, your last number of posts demonstrate some really elegant, beautiful compositions! The little seed pods are very attractive as is the raspberry colored finch. Did you apply some blur to the background, the bird "really" pops from that oof bcgrd.

One of the better purple finch photos I have seen. Nice colors and good sharpness! Also enjoy the composition. Thanks for sharing.

Lovely shot Vanessa - really like the way the colours of the bird, background and perch complement each other
