A tropical lizard and a tropical long horned beetle. The image was taken next to the Panama Canal in the rain forest.

Nikon D200, 60mm Micro Nikkor, C-PL filter, tripod, self timer.

Sharp as a tack. Who won? :biggrin: I like the diagonal comp, the semi-pano. A full body shot on both would have been better, maybe.

Either that is a small lizard, or that is a very large beetle. Looks like a Panamanian stand off. I like the interaction, and the image is technically excellent, Andrey.

Like an image that tells a story. This one plainly shows the suspense with each party poised to....so what happened next.
