This is the third and so far last of my recent series of intimate scenes from the Morava Floodplains in Lower Austria. I intend to include these images in an ongoing project concerning "Portraits of Trees"

I like this alot, Peter. A wonderful feel that you capture, and I could tell it was yours as soon as I saw the thumbnail. You will have a beautiful collection with your "Portraits of Trees" series :toast:

Wow. Tons of detail here. Great techs and I like the comp a lot.

I like the somewhat abstract quality to this but also the sense of reality. The off-center comp works very well.

Have I said, that you should hook op with Didl Gloger and crawl through the hedges together already? Reminds of many of his "wild" Donauauen shots that I was not able to follow any more because of a sense overload. I definitely is a good shot - well composed and nice with all the lighte highlights sticking out here and there. It just is too exhausting for me to look at.

Details and light are quite exquisite. There is a golden look to it which appeals a lot to me. Like Tony mentioned, the off-center composition works well. Good idea with this series!
