Certainly a moody image with just a hint of bold color. Well done.

The muted color and fog really give the scene a mysterious, ghostly mood David. Another evocative image.

David, What a fantastic mood you captured. I like the soft misty look of this very much. Looks like it would have been very quiet.

Just one more winner of a comp, great moody light, and wonderful color. More "Chauvinism" we can all live with!

While the mood of this is absolutely amazing, David, what really takes this to another level is the stately elegance of these trees that you have brought to us with your exquisite eye for design. Simply stunning.

Soft touch. Love the shapes and the subtle color. This is a winner.

David,
I find the upper 2/3 of this to be utterly amazing. In fact I can't tell if these are trees in the bg, or a wall of some sort; the way everything merges together is mysterious. Of course the water brings me back to reality; the combo of the two meld beautifully.
I don't know if this would help or hurt, but I'd almost like to see a crop from the left to diminish the presence of the green/yellow plants - just a minor thought.
Great work.

The mystery in this photo is overwhelming. It makes me wonder what is back there. Really well done David.

In order to hold the viewers attention, a scene has to have something to draw them in, a mood, a feeling, and this one has it all.
Beautiful work David

Another beautiful, moody look at a cypress swamp. I really like that central clump of trees.

A real moody, Lord of the Rings feel to this one.
You have so many amazing images from these waters, you should put together a book if you already haven't done so. It is an astounding collection.

Mysterious, but not disturbing nor worrying... Gives the sense of a promise, of possibilities. Very nice.
