Love the moody winter lighting here Sandy. I really like the soft feel of the texture in the snow and long shadows of the bison silhouettes. Excellent composition.

I love the scene and the composition, Sandy! The only thing that could be improved in my opinion would be to raise the bottom end of the curve just a little to bring out some detail in the buffalo (if that's possible). They're all just silhouettes (due to the high contrast scene).

Sandy, I like the way you handled the light in this image. You can almost feel the cold! I like the composition. Thanks for sharing.

Looks like a hard existence. The dark sky accentuates the cold here. Good story, Sandy.

Nice crisp, clean photo, Sandy. I like the dark sky contrasting with the white snow and how the black bison make clear sharp silhouettes against the white snow. The angle of the bison seems to nicely follow the contours of the land forms. It also works well that the bison on the horizon are silhouetted against the horizon at its lowest point. The monochromatic coloring really helps emphasize the cold, stark nature of the scene.
