What a delicate and lovely picture of a feather, Charlie! The curves of the feather are very nice, especially the way the bottom right edge is turned up. I like your good focus on the delicate details of the downy white area and I love the addition of the water drops on the more "boring" part of the feather. A little more angled comp of the feather may be even more pleasing. My one nit is the background--wish it was solid with no visible texture to detract from the intriquing feather details and with possibly a little more color contrast.
