Chet, your choice of speed in this image has made for a very elegant and beautiful waterfall. Very cool that the individual strands of water on the left side of the waterfall provide a veil over the center waterfall drop. :toast:

I really like the darkness surrounding these falls. That brings them out superbly.

Very much like the contrast between the moving water and the immovable stones. Lots of dark areas in this, but at this size they work quite nicely.

Chet,

Excellent! I like the head-on point of view; the centered comp works beautifully here. Agree with Tony on the dark areas. Some times it's just about contrasts and balance and details just aren't important. I like this quite a lot.

A stunning composition for me, Chet. Your choice of shutter speed is spot on to my eye and the mighty rocks aptly frame that beautiful and delicate cascades. They appear like a fragile veil, fantastic work in my opinion.

Powerful and yet delicate at the same time. The detail in the rock is beautiful and your composition is very pleasing to the eye. No nits here, move along!
