This brown-eyed Susan flower is just unfurling its petals. As it does, it looks to me like it is flashing a peace sign. I thought that made it appropriate to post at the start of the new year. :smile:

My wish is that you may all experience peace, both within and without, in the New Year. Our country and the world certainly needs more of it! . . :rolleyes:

Canon Rebel T1i. 180mm macro lens. F/20 for 1.3 sec. ISO 200. Tripod mounted, natural lighting.

You always find so much personality in your subjects! The first thing I thought of when I saw this was a little bunny rabbit! It's a very endearing image!
