Kris,

I really like the scene and setup here. Nice combo of rock and the tiny pool - the pine needles add a nice touch as well.

I think the b&w works well here, but am curious about color too; can't tell if this is a blue/gray granite type rock, or a more red/orange sandstone. Oops, never mind, I see this is b&w film - no color choice here.

Always hard to tell what's going on with these small web versions, but the bottom area appears soft. You didn't mention the shooting aperture, but I'm thinking a shallow depth of field, because the pine needles and water area look pretty sharp. Having said that, I might be tempted to crop from the bottom to remove the oof knob in the LLC. You also might want to experiment with raising the tonal values and contrast a little bit - lots of mid tones going on here.

I really like the scene, with some fine tuning I think this would make a fine print.

Really like the tonal gradations in this and the nice details in the rock, especially the curving band from the upper right to the bottom. Might consider cropping a bit off the right hand side up to where that banding starts to try and emphasize that element of the composition; just a thought of course. Nice to see some b/w medium format images.
