Fox squirrel

The unusual warm weather seemed to bring the local squirrels out in bunches to feed on seeds and nuts that had been covered by snow. Could not resist taking a few photos.
The loss of quality in the larger image is noticable. Is there a way to delete just it?

Classic pose from this fox squirrel. Looks more like spring around him than January. Would have been nice to have a little breathing room on the right but still an enjoyable image. Hard not to like squirrels. Great color and detail as well.

Hi John, cool looking squirrel here. I like your shooting angle as it provides a good view of the feeding. However it does result in a bit busy BG to tackle that I would desaturate the greens a bit as well as darken the BG selectively a fraction of a stop. I agree the larger file looks as if it is suffering from jpeg compression. Are you asking me to delete the post?
