This scene caught my eye as I was on the way to a waterfall in Canaan Valley WV. I liked the color and the curvy trees. Comments and suggestions welcome. Thanks, Chet

Nice color and the lines in the trees are interesting. A very pretty forest scene.

Very nice Chet, I like the square crop and dark trunks against the bright colors. Well done.

Chet, Some wonderful fall color here and I really enjoy the arrangement of the tree trunks in your comp. This makes for a nice interesting view!

Chet,

I think I'll be the lone detractor here. It's always a challenge to bring order out of chaos, but I'm not sure it completely works here. Comes across as a bit busy for me. Also, and maybe this contributes to that, I think the contrast is a bit strong and the green ferns at the bottom a little over saturated, at least on my monitor.

Actually, the larger version is growing on me a little bit; the trunks helping with the structure a little bit. Still, maybe it's the contrast and saturation I'm not going for.
