nice behavior shot. Just wish you'd posted a larger version :frown: I love waterbirds in their breeding plumage. And these two are no exception. :wavey:

You did a great job of bringing out the GBH's against a busy background. Venice rookery is a tough place to photograph because of background issues. You did this very well. :toast:

I agree with Skip here...You did a great job with what looks to be a difficult circumstance. The birds pop out nicely against the dark foliate.
