Very nice composition Nick. I like how the green tones in the water contrast with the snow. The snow looks a little dark to me. I might consider increasing the exposure a bit in the snow to move it from gray to white.

What a familiar sight, I'm guessing you were on RT 73, east branch, I really like the water color against the whites, along with the comp, definitely has a chilly feel to it. Maybe we will run into each other one day. Very nice indeed Nick.

Nice composition Nick. Wonderful color in the water and detail in the snow. As Scott mentioned, I would bring up the whites a bit, but a fine winter image none the less.

Looks wonderfully cold and snowy. Well seen. As others have said, it does feel a touch dark.

Brr! Hope you had your warm clothes on Nick. Nice winter image. The foreground snow-covered rocks start my eye moving right up through the photo to the opposite bank. Nice Green water. Seems a little underexposed to me.

Thanks guys. Yes John it is the east branch, near Keene off of 73. Looking at this one again I realize that there are a few problems, yes it too dark, not sure how that happened the original is fine, I also noted a major halo around the rocks in the converted version. I will try to re-post another version soon. Thanks for all the kind words.

Nick, A very nice winter scene. I like your comp and especially enjoy the looks of the snow covered rocks against the water. Once the snow is brightened up (just a bit) this will be great! Nice work.
