I like this shot with great colors and symmetry - looks like it is a touch soft though due to the 1/500s SS

I really like this. An abstract, a bird photo, a cool action shot.... All in one. Nicely captured.

Nothing wrong with it being here in my book. I'm glad you posted it Verdon. Nice out of the box shot IMO. Very cool and different.

Very interesting image, Verdon. I'm glad you posted it. Nice colors, detail, and comp. Really like the action here, even without the front end of the bird. Sort of reminds me of an Olympic diver that enters the pool with just a small ripple.

I love this shot! I've seen these "butterballs" dive often, but never have seen the action frozen, and never close-up like this.
Excellent!. :toast:

There's just something about this shot, can't quite put my finger on it..
Perhaps it's the overall simplicity .
Love the colors and contrasting blue of the waters wake, with the droplets denoting action nicely :toast:

I like it a lot too, Verdon. nice simple symmetry. I'd like more room on the bottom if you have it.

An unusual end of the duck to photograph, but this one is well presented  I like the blue wake and flying water drops.

Sweet Photo Verdon!!!
