A homeless man who goes by the name of Donnie lost his foot a few years ago to frost-bite and has to use a wheelchair to get around. Seen here as he heads out from the shelter in the afternoon to panhandle near the Capitol.

A great example of how dramatic street photography can be.

One of my best friends runs a food bank in Denver, and he is doing a great job helping them. He had a new space built with special features like showers to help the homeless that come to him for assistance. I help when I can, but most of his help are the homeless themselves now.
You have an interesting series going on, and I wish we could find a permanent solution for them.
