I hope I did justice to these velvety shelf mushrooms. I hand "stacked" two photos to get each mushroom in focus.

Lucy, the 'shrooms are well shown. The yuck and the green stuff, left and bottom, are a bit dark and heavy. I think your crop covers most of it. Have you tried a bit of dodging on those? Worth fooling around with, I think.

The colors, shapes and lighting makes this seem like still-life...subtle and easy on the eyes...not harsh.
