Artsy Beacon
by Nancy de Flon
Beacon, NY is an artsy town, and here are the Beacon Hills as seen from the Newburgh side of the Hudson River. If you photograph the hills from this vantage point you have to make it into a pano because the bottom has shops and things; unavoidable. Shoot them from the Newburgh waterfront and you're looking up at the hills. I prefer this. The "unadorned" image wasn't going to work, so I played around with three different Topaz Adjust presets. I think this is the one I like best--HDR Sketch Light.

1 commentsI know nothing of this "HDR Sketch Light" added effect.
So I can't really comment, except to say it would be better larger in the LP to evaluate it fairly..
Good to try new things
