This was taken one cold, cold morning and the tree looked as desolate as I felt in the snowy weather. Hopefully the sense of the morning is reflected in the image.
Taken with Canon XS 1000D. I can't find the info to post. Sorry.

Beth, look objectively at this and see if those branches in the foreground bother you. They bother me quite a lot, as does the post in the lower right. Imagine the image without those things and it is pretty nice. A photo is as much about what is not in it as it is what IS in the image. The wrong thing really detracts from the image.
On this if the branches & post were not there, it would be a sweet image.
