I love the mood present here. Your choice of comp is ideal, especially the way the water falls from the top, and into the rapids (which, after saying, is what it usually does, hmmm), but there is something really eye catching in the foreground rapids. The mist & fog above add to the personality of the image. I even like the washed out sky area here, as it is as it should be.

Great image! The rock patterns behind the waterfall and the different greens are really nice.

Beautiful image Daniel. I like the mood in this and the weather looks very familiar. You have such great waterfalls there and I'll have to visit this area soon.Really nice comp.

Excellent image Daniel. This definitely feels like winter in the gorge to me! Your technique worked out very well here to capture the entire waterfall plus the foreground cascades.

Daniel, I have to be honest here... I am a little mad. LOL. Really though. I had pre visualized nearly this nearly exact comp over this last winter and have been inchin to go get it at the right time (spring). I'm not just saying that. I am absolutely serious! You got it before me (or whoever else) so kudos to you! Outstanding job! I have ALWAYS thought of Latourelle as loaded with new potential, if people would just be willing to get wet or create a wider sweeping foreground!

Now having said all that - blah, blah, blah... I'm still going to go for my own, but very similar approach in the next couple of months. Why? I thought it up before you!
