Taken from our dock in Boothbay, Maine. A quite, misty moment on a tidal river where the waters are usually swift.

Great work for me, Eva. The visual weight of the rock at the right makes for a firm anchore of the composition, keeping all the elements together to my eye. The delicate ripples in the reflection just make the difference and provide a pleasant kind of tension to me.

Eva, I'm really enjoying this image and I love the quiet and peaceful feel it gives me. Nice light and color and the reflection is wonderful! A beautiful scene...and right from your dock! Maybe I need to visit.. :smile: Nice work.

Those ripples in the reflection are killer - The tree branch urc is a bit bright for that part of the image for me, so maybe toning it down a bit would be an option. Boothbay is such a beautiful area, and to look at this everyday, wow!
