Nikon D-300 Iso 200 70-300 zoom lens 4.5-5.6 Focal Length 155 mm 1/500 sec.@ f/4.8 Taken at Japanese Park in Van Nuys California. I love to get great shots like this. Not often you get this look, at least not often for me. I have recently upgraded to a full frame camera the Nikon D600 but the d-300 still took great shots!

William: Good solid comp and a fine capture. I like the dark color palette. Keep 'em coming. >=))>

The composition and splash of color make this for me William. Well composed and captured in my opinion.

The larger photo looks like it was processed separately. It also looks better, probably because of the warmer tone in the large image. My only small nit is the glare in the URC and the LRC. Worth trying to do a little burning in those two locations.

There is only one shot here. The way you see it is the way I shot it. No, tricks or special processing. Thank you!

William

Lovely isolation of this brightly colored flower from the surrounding pads.

I also bought a d600 but was plague with dust spots on the sensor which Nikon is willing to replace now. Hope you do not not have the same problem.
