Spanish Moss Skirt

Whenever I visit Green Cay wetlands - this old snag with Spanish moss catches my attention. I liked how the wind was slightly blowing the Spanish Moss as if it were a skirt or a dress

Your choice of shallow DOF really helps set the subject off from the background and provides nice contrast between the sharp in focus areas and the out of focus areas.

Nice swampy feel to this - the background has just enough detail to put the foreground in the environment.

Great image Luke. I like the shallow DOF and the details in the moss. The warm light really makes this one nice.
