Love the textures and patterns in the foreground sand. The light is superb and the fog/low clouds make this very unique. Can't wait to return to here.

Very nice grand vista indeed. Beautiful details in the sand and the band of fog and the clouds in the distance add an appropriate quantity of mood and drama. Perhaps an element of interest in the foreground (a rock, a bush maybe?) would have made this one look even better. I like it as it is nonetheless.
Cheers,
Paolo

Excellent composition Glenn. I like how the lines of dunes and the line of fog work together. Beautiful shading of color on the dunes as well.

This is fantastic Glenn. Vastness is perfect for the wide angle. Love the cloud - helps add depth and separate the elements and add mystery. I am curious what the nearly vertical dune/line in the sand might be?

a great capture of neat conditions! I really like how the foreground texture rolls into the interesting light and shapes of the far dunes. Well done!

Harry- I'm not sure what that line is, maybe lizard tracks or something? I checked the raw files and they are on those too.

Very nice image Glenn. The larger version is outstanding. The mid level cloud really makes this one excellent and the lizard tracks are an interesting compositional element.

Beautiful image Glenn. I like the textures and shades in the sand and the fog or cloud in the distance. Quite different desert scene. Very well done.

Love gazing into this scene. The light on the dunes is mesmerizing. The low clouds are an unexpected and perfect contrast with what one expects to be a d-r-y desolate desert view.
