Nikon D600 28-300 zoom lens 1/320 @ f9 ISO 100 Focal length 32mm. Taken at Leo Carrillo State Beach California. The news said the marine layer was coming in that morning. I was there at 5:30 AM and took pictures until I was in the for at 8:30 AM. I don't always listen to the news and this time it paid off. I got some very interesting shots while the fog was rolling in.

If i ever redo my ebook, will have to include more on the marine layer
Pretty cool, i love the distant fog bank and i like the fast exposure of the surf. I think maybe a simpler fg subject might have enhanced this, there's a lot of action/complexity in the fg which tends to distract from the main show in back. :wavey:
