This is the prop on an outboard motor on a boat moored at the Ilwaco boat basin. I increased contrast and made some "artistic" changes (especially some neon stuff and some glowing edges)in Elements 6.

Dude! I love what you did with this, and would really like to see the original prop image that you started with. You can, if you chose, reply to this thread and use the option to include a jpg with your comment at the bottom of the window you type into.
But YA!!! this definitely rocks, and if I had been you I would have posted it in the Photo Art section of NPN because it would definitely fit there, not that it doesn't fit here too, yo.
I would love to see more of these and hear more about how you create these effects. I'ld like to try using these techniques with flowers.
