Anemone in a flowerbed

This year the spring here is without sun and blue skies. Also for this reason I like this image of a spring in pastel colors and an Anemone against a blue sky.

D700, 200mm macro - f/11 and ISO 280.

I am always glad for your opinion and help.

This is a delightful image; draws you in at once. Living in Hong Kong, I don't know what blue sky looks like anymore due to the pollution and heavy cloud in the last few months but I really like your sky and the pastel on the left. Striking image, Bravo!

Beautiful, artistic image Gigi. I love the details and the light. The color palette is excellent, especially how you have the pastel colors filling the otherwise negative space. Well done!

You know how to set up the b/g and the subject. I like the details and blending of colors.. mostly! I don't know what it is or why...but somehow the blue on blue ...or the pinks and yellow is not as harmonious as I would like. Most likely...my problem.. I have to read others critiques...but, am expecting my comment to be alone. Wonderful photo in the unsinkable Gigi style!
