In the Santa Cruz mountains. I found this photo while poking around and never did anything with. I made it while leading a workshop. It was more of a demonstration photo for the student. But I worked it up tonight and thought I would share. I am not so thrilled about the branch partially blocking the plume but such as it is.

This is a lovely scene, Youssef. The branch does not bother me - rather it gives the waterfall a kind of shy personality, which I think is appropriate here. Glad you took the image and decided to work it up to share!

This is very nice, Youssef. I like the vibrant greens in this. As you mentioned it might be ideal if the branch did not intersect with the waterfall, but it is certainly not a deal breaker on this image. It actually serves to give this a little bit more depth.

A beautiful and consistent composition for me, Youssef. To my eye, the branch adds an interesting element.

I just think of cropping a bit at the top, as the highlights of the uppermost twigs distract my attention. Otherwise great work for me.
