A quick 2 day trip up to Magee Marsh was a lot of fun and fairly productive. I actually timed my trip well and there were a fair number of cooperative birds at the boardwalk both days.

Very nice, Kirk. I never seem to get these guys to sit still long enough for a shot. Nice and sharp and I like the direct eye contact. :toast:

Great Find Kirk  Very well captured, a simple, but very sweet portrait. Nice details too.

Nice capture of a species I miss from my east coast days. Color is great, beautiful detail, and exposure. You got a good look from him and a nice pose. Good perch and an outstanding BG. Great effort.

Very nice. Great colors in the composition for a "colorless" species.

Oh, sweet shot Kirk! Super light and comp. Nice BG and great detail on the bird with a perfect exposure. We get these here in FL in the winter, but I have never been able to get a clear shot that I like. Very well done.

Very nice capture. I like the perch and the OOF BG. I find these guys do not hold still long enough to photograph.
