Nice reflection Rick, you caught them just at the right moment. A little more DOF would have brought out more detail on their backs but a minor nit.

Great job getting both reflections so clear and well defined, excellent plane of focus as well Rick.
In perfect world there would be a bit more lead time, but I'd be happy with this
BTW - I forget where you live exactly, hope the recent tornadoes left y'all alone.

Nice capture, Rick. If it were mine, I'd have tried for a little more lead on the female to give her more room to swim into.

Very nice, Rick. I echo the comment preferring more space in front of the female. I particularly like the way you captured them in the reflection of the rock, setting them off very well. Nice handling of the whites.

Very nice. Love the reflections. Regarding the space in front of the female, I wonder if it would be worthwhile experimenting with cropping a slice off the right. It would not change the lead space at the left, obviously. But it would place both birds less far into the frame and the distance between birds and the edges would be evened out. Just a thought.

Always nice to get the pair. I like the silvery water and reflections. Sharon
