Gorgeous colors and sharpness of the butterfly and antennae. Nice in the larger view.
I'm kind of torn regarding the stem over on the left side. The subject here is the butterfly, and I think that a radical crop of it with the stem and buds it is sitting would work well. I would suggest that plus a horizontal flip of it. From the larger version, I tried a crop with aspect ratio 5 wide by 4 high flipped horizontally so that only a triangular piece of the branch ends up in the upper right corner after the flip, and to me it looks great. But it's your picture.

Beautiful capture of the gorgeous fritillary, especially appealing in the larger view. I like the bg except that, like John, I find the branch on the left distracting from the subject. However, I am unsure whether cropping the branch and leaving the portion of the branch in the ULC, as he suggested, would work, and I think I'd be inclined to leave this as is.

I like the beautiful color and pattern on the wings. The pink buds are lovely too. Works well as is for me.

This makes for a gorgeous composition, John ! The light and dof are perfect, and I love the oof branches in the background. Wouldn't change a thing.

Nice capture. I like the inclusion of the flower buds which give a sense of environment.

John:
I really like the back light on the bg wings, makes them look almost translucent. The color and pattern on the wings are very beautiful.

That's one spectacular BF and the details in the larger version really show well. Your composition is intriguing. I like the buds in the upper left, but wish your point of view were shifted slightly to the left, that might better balance the BF and those buds.
