Hi everyone, it's been a while. Spring is in full force and I found this tiny guy in my strawberry patch. I like the pose and the composition of the leaves. I hope you enjoy. Comments and Crits always welcome.

Nicely composed, Jess, with the grasshopper in perfect position. I like the pose as well. Really good look at the subject.

Seems like the little creature is turning for the camera ! Very well captured - and a lovely composition too.

Artful composition with great light and details Jess.
I especially like the green hopper & green complimentary setting, well done! :toast:
PS - I would fix that left side center edge when you get a chance, some minor artifacts there.

This sure shows off the greens of spring. I like the composition and the detailed look at the hopper's head, eye, and thorax.

Very nice photo Jess. Very nice composition and detail. Your processing of the greens is very well done too, not too saturated. :toast: :toast: :toast: Maybe a bit more detail to be pulled from the grasshoppers' head with a selective pass of USM.

Love the green on green and the narrow depth of field.
