Looking for reflections in the Virgin river one evening I saw this one. Looks and comments are appreciated. Some cropping obviously involved! Chet

This turned out really well. Fire in the water. Nice colors, shapes and lines.

I like the look here, Chet. The placement of the water out flow at the bottom works very well. I assume these are autumn colors or the Narrows Canyon walls maybe providing the very bright orange and yellows. Regardless of the source of color the scene works nicely as an abstract of this river.

You are on a roll with these abstracts, Chet. The warm shades of color and that v shaped notch of water are simply superb. My only suggestion would be to clone out those couple of dust spots and maybe those white spots in the LRC. Outstanding image.

Wonderful abstract Chet. I like the different textures created by the flowing water. Gorgeous color too.

Chet,
Terrific water abstract. I love the flow and design at the bottom - almost wish for more, but then there's probably a good reason you didn't. ;-) Agree with Ed about the dust specks in the water, but the specular highlights in the LRC might be more problematic.
Well seen. Saturation is a little strong for my taste, but I wasn't there and understand it's all personal preference anyway.
Great abstract.

Nice texture and vibrant color. The cluster of highlights in the lrc distract a little but its minor. Great abstract
