African Crake

I have had a few opportunities to get an image of one of these tiny but interesting birds before, not many have produced anything worthwhile, but I think this one is acceptable?
This one was spotted in a small stream in Kidepo National Park, Uganda whilst we were waiting for some Lions to do something!
Less than 10% crop.

Bold looking bird with the red eyes and legs and bright yellow beak. Yet in the pose it looks shy. Love it. Nice capture.

Looks like a very hard bird to even find let alone catch one without too many items in the way. I think this works. The bird stands out well from the surroundings.

Another cool looking African bird Ken, nice exposure and pose. Good job isolating this bird in what I presume is a difficult setting.
