Canon 50D w/ canon 60mm macro

This was taken after some rain on a hillside. Not the easiest shot I have taken.

I like this Wayne and one has to view the large image to appreciate this. Well done.

Wayne - Looks pretty nice to me. Great DOF to cover the whole flower with the sharp yellow pollen pods. The wet feel to the petals at first sight made me feel as if petals have lost textures but I know its an illusion.

Beautiful flower, Wayne. I like the yellow stamens against the blue flower and the supporting leaves lead the eye into the flower.

Great composition and details in the stamens. The water droplets make it even more appealing.
