A few comments for you. First, I think you could have framed it better by moving a little to your right so that the falls come right down between the bushes. Second, the shadow areas are really dark. The brightness of the lower left corner really draws the eye because of the difference. Third, I would have tried a long exposure to smooth out the water. I think freezing water really only works for waters falls that are just monsterous in size. This looks like it was flowing pretty good, and I bet just a few seconds would have smoothed it out really nice.

My 2 cents!

I like the framing, with those bright green leaves, but agree that the shadows and most of the falls are too dark. I'd dodge both the leaves in the UL, the falls, and the rocks on the right.

Love this scene, cool and mysterious. As others have mentioned, its a little dark but the bright leaves make an excellent frame for the falls.

Great waterfall good composition. Maybe a little lightening up of the shadows could improve the presentation.

Bob,

I think you did a nice job framing and isolating this - given the broader view you posted in M&N too. I would agree about the darkness and heavy shadow areas, but I really like the greens and for my tasted, I think the shutter speed works well here. I love the silky water too, but in this case, I think it works well.
