A clearing storm had a very beautiful rainbow yesterday. This caught my eye the bow looked like it was threaded through the clouds.

Richard,

This is awesome! incredible! unique! and phenomenal! I could think of some more adjectives, but really, you have captured something extraordinary! And I wonder, were you the only one to capture this? this is a never-going-to-happen-again moment. Don't know what else to say but kudos. Clearly your most dramatic image to date. :toast:

Crazy looking, in a good way, abstract here, Richard. Almost looks like raindrops on the lens providing some of the diffusion taking place.

My favorite kind of clouds. That rainbow really makes this a wonderful image, but even without it, the cloud structure is incredible. Very interesting and great eye.

Wow, that is something quite different! There's a lot of drama there, but I think a little more processing to bring the full effect might be nice too.
