Baby Blue

Have been having a fascinating spring in my own backyard, exact opposite from last year. Amazing how ample spring rain can affect our birds here. Lots of nests and babies the last several weeks. This little blue jay and it's sibling were hatched in a nest just outside our window in a ash tree. I'm intrigued by those huge feet.

C & C welcome.

Cute little tyke, just as cute as it can be. I say this about all babies because it is true, relatively speaking. Sweet detail and pose in soft light.
