Wonderful lines. I enjoy the rhythm they create. I don't know if you have a horizontal comp of this scene but I think it would be interesting as well. Nice work

The light and the rolling textures here give this a VERY 3D feel to it. Very cool shot!

Hamed,

Another excellent dune abstract. I really like how the size of the ripples change, yet they are connected.

Speaking of that connection and I'm wondering if anyone else caught this. For me, the transition line from the foreground to the bg appears soft. It's also the brightest part of the image so I noticed it. Normally it might not be a problem and of course there is always blowing sand which can make things appear soft. But I'm bringing this up mostly because you mentioned this was a 2-image stack for focus. This leads me to think that one of the images was soft, front or back and with only two images to blend you were left with a soft area in the middle. Maybe it's just me, but it's a little hard to figure out sharp foreground and sharp background, but a soft middle.
Is it just me?

Still, that's relatively minor. I still really like the light and graphic nature of this intimate dune image.

thanks a lot my friends :wavey:

Lon, yeah you are right, the middle is soft but in focus, i really don't know why become soft as i was a little bit far away from the subject so at F/11 i think the middle should be sharp, what do you think my friend?

I really like this, but I see the softness as well. I think it's where your two blended shots are overlapping. Ideally you should have taken more shots to stack at f/11. I don't think two was enough.
