I don't see where cropping would improve this capture Ken. Not much room anyway. Nice detail on this Eagle and the comp really shows off its impressive wingspan. :toast:

Excellent flight shot & great that you got it full frame. See no reason to crop. Great sharpness & color.

Ken: Very nice flight image. Exposure looks great. I played a little with the image and tried a vertical crop. That seemed to work, especially after adding a bit of canvas top and bottom. It also works well as presented.

Cropwise it looks good and good light and pose. There seems to be a halo around the feathers - perhaps from bumping up the blue saturation in the sky? This might just look like this on a backlit display, but not show on a print.

A beautiful eagle captured very nicely in flight. Excellent details. I am with Keith for adding canvas and trying for a vertical composition. Sweet photo as presented too.

This is great, Ken.
I like landscape versions, if this were mine, I not touch it regarding any cropping.

Outstanding pose, Ken. I too would go with Keith's suggestion on composing this vertical. :toast:

Regarding your question....I think you could do all kinds of cropping with this by adding canvas and tilting the image, but why? It's nice as presented! I am seeing just a touch of a halo on the leading edges of the wings. Very nice colors and excellent flight pose. Sharon
