Road to the Sun in Glacier National Park - clouds were interesting - so I got underneath the local flora to capture them. This camera doesn't take landscape photos well - this was one way to work around that.

Welcome to NPN Diana. A very nice first post with an interesting perspective. Looks a little under-exposed that could probably adjusted a little with some post processing.

Welcome to NPN, Diana. I like the comp and perspective, and the yellow sunflowers against the blue sky. The clouds provide a nice accent. Thanks for sharing.

Let me also add my welcome to NPN to you! :wavey: I like your point of view from underneath the flowers and the nice staggered grouping of 3 flowers. The yellows look so nice against the blue sky. One minor suggestion might be to crop up a biit from the bottom to get rid of the small out of focus flower bud along the bottom edge. Thanks for your comment on my photo.

Thank you for the comments. I need to be careful that my time doesn't completely get used up browsing NPS. Such amazing work on this site. :jump:

An excellent perspective on these flowers, Diana, and you've caught them under a fine sky. I agree with John's comment about a touch more exposure, otherwise a lovely image. Look forward to seeing more from you !!!

Welcome, and I really like your pov in this. Yep, needs some increase in exposure, but a little more post processing work will make this a wall hanger.

Another great shot showing a unique perspective. It's just a little dark is all.

As several others have already mentioned, a little underexposed. But the composition is excellent! I really like the "bug's eye" perspective. Welcome to NPN, looking forward to seeing more of your images.

Diana: I've been slacking on my commenting lately so please accept my apology for being so tardy in welcoming you into the finest Flora gallery on the planet. I like the comp and subject but agree with the others advising more exposure. Great to have you aboard. :wavey: >=))>
