Fun at the Fair

A small group of photographers from my local camera club went to the Mesa Co. Fair on Tuesday night to shoot the carnival rides after dark and to catch the opening night fireworks as well. Talk about shooting WAAAAY out of my comfort zone! I had a lot of fun though, and came away with some very interesting shots.

Canon 60D, 24-105 lens, no filters
ISO 100, F5 @ 1/4

Love the colors of the wheel and slight motion blur at 1/4sec Angela.
Interesting comp & perspective, with the half moon sealing the deal

Hey, you still managed to get some Nature in there-- great half moon. Great shot, in total, too. Fun doing something out-of-the-box every once in awhile.
