Good details, exposure, and the BG contrasts well Charlie.
I believe it's a Long-jawed orb weaver (Tetragnathidae). They're very small as I remember..
Well done :wavey:

Thanks, Balan.

Howard, I felt that this was a "Long Jawed" too but felt unsure enough to not state it. This was a very small spider indeed. Thanks.

Hi Charlie,

The spider is sharp with just enough web showing to reveal its perch. The pond background works well here as well..........Jim

This elongated spider is a great subject for a vertical pano. It allows you to show the complete spider plus some of the surrounding web. Nice details on the spider, and the pond makes a great nondistracting background. Spider is placed just right in the frame IMO.

The brightness of your spider makes it stand out well from a subdued background. Based on the size of the jaws, I think these guys get a lot bigger. More complex than it looks. I think you nailed this in every respect.

Your framing does a fine job of emphasizing the spider's shape. Great job on getting all of the spider sharp.

Love the light and the detail, especially in the larger view.
