Abstract patterns in the Eureka sand dunes, Death Valley NP. Late afternoon light spilled in from the right and created a nice glow. Looks like a macro shot of a piece of brain coral... or a brain!

Was rummaging through some older photos and decided to let this one see the light of day.

C&C appreciated as always.

Real nice pattern and I like the way the light fades to highlight. Fine dune abstract.

Ted, I think the gradient of light here is very nice as well, and the patterns are wonderful.

Mesmerizing patterns Ted! I too like the fading/changing light. Great job just filling the frame for this natural abstract.

No nits or suggestions.

What, no footprints?....

Excellent capture here, Ted. Hard to find this much clean sand with such detail in the ripples out there. A really wonderful abstract take on this location in DVNP.

Don't look at this if you've been drinking wine. It wiggles too much. (Oops was that my outside voice talking?). Seriously cool sand patterns with perfect contrast and depth.

Cool sand abstract Ted. I like the transition of light from left to right (or right to left). Good eye here.
