O.K., I get it. Clematis spelled backward because of the backside view. A fascinating and intricate new look to this blossom, Bill. Your exceptional creative eye, as always.

Good eye to see this and visualize the image, Bill, and an excellent final result. I like the radiating lines and the way the petals fill the frame.

Very nice! Excellent comp, colors and details. Jealous...my clematis didn't make it this year :frown: , so I'll just have to enjoy yours! Sharon

Excellent lines Bill! I like it a lot. I can also see this rotated clockwise. Very cool!

A view I wish I had thought of. I have always shot clematis head on, and was always a bit disappointed. If we ever get any blooming, I will try this.

Fine detail and a lovely composition, Bill. The colour tones are what really make this for me - such wonderful shades of purple. Cute title too !

Neat title, great image. Love the colors and lines. The rather geometric feel to it is nicely softened by the gentler colors. Very well balanced composition.
