Oeschinen Lake Sunset

I did not post here for a while, I was working on my upcoming website and other things.
This lake is considered one of the most beautiful lakes in the Alps. And for a good reason.
A few years ago I was hiking here already, but I got here very late, and also I had only the 40D with a 24-105 lens, which was not wide enough for this scenery. This time I was more prepared (that's what I thought), with the 5D mkII and a 17-40 lens. It turns out that even the 17mm is not enough, and I'm not sure that the 14mm would make much difference either.
So this is a 3 stitch vertical panorama. The composition is quite straightforward, maybe next time I can find something more original.
Although this time I hiked up here quite in time, but ca. 1 hour before sunset the clouds closed in totally and it was about to rain. So I decided that better go down safely, before starts raining. I started to go down, but ca. 15 minutes later the sun broke through the clouds and illumined the rock walls. And it looked that it will not rain. So I run back hoping to still catch some nice light.
I'm curious about your thoughts, e.g. how is this perspective works for you, is it interesting enough? And what about the sky, is it not too much, maybe crop down from it?
***** update *****
It is amazing that the lake is on 1500m and the peaks over it around 3600m high, so what you see here is a 2000m granit wall. And actually there is even a hiking path leading to a mountain hut at 2600m in the middle, just under the clouds!
Thanks for looking,

Jeremy - Thanks for the extra comment!
As for my website, it will take a while, I have some other priorities now.
Brad - Yes, it is difficult to judge in this picture.
The opposite peaks in the clouds rise 2000m over the lake and my lookout point here was ca. 500m above the lake. The rain clouds were 1 hour before sunset, by this time were gone already.
