Nice portrait, the detail is excellent, the colors and layout of the BG is very complimentary to the subject and the head turn sets this image apart from a normal 'Head -On' portrait.

Excellent catch. It could have been improved by better DOF from a smaller focal opening, although mos of the owl is well in focus and sharply detailed. All in all a solid photo.
