This is a detail from the wall of the 1850's livery in Columbia. I found the broken batten, along with the colorful yellow lichen intriguing.

Excellent textures, shapes and colors. I might consider burning down the board coming from the top right, but pretty minor stuff. Very nice semi-abstract.

Good, Preston. I see a face in the texture, too.

Wow, there's a ton of detail in the large version. Could stare at it for a long time picking out things. Love the face, too. Nice bands of colors/tones across the screen. Nicely done to pick this out of what I assume is a whole wall.

Preston, a neat little find here on this one. Outside of our normal landscape stuff I've always enjoyed the old vintage type scenes from places such as Bodie and such. This one fits into that genre very nicely too.
I like the small variety of colors and tones, and of course the textures here also. The center focal point of the offsetting colors makes a nice POV.
