Nice winter photo, John. I like the light (or whites) in the eyes, the surface texture of the snow, and the Bison coats. I do think your crop is a bit tight at the top as I would prefer a little more space above. Also, I wonder if this would be stronger if it were lightened just a bit. May just be personal preferences. Good job.

Excellent job in controlling exposure with the brightness of snow and the dark bison coats. I agree that a little bit of tweaking of brightness and contrast might make is even nicer.
